Sweet Bacon Chops

So I've been trying to think of a way to make sweet pork chops for about a week now and I decided to just try something! It was actually really good.

4 pork chops
16 slices Turkey Bacon
1 1/2 cups Tropicana Peach Orchard Punch
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 packet Splenda with 1g fiber
4 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter
pinch cayenne pepper
salt

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and cook the bacon to a slight crisp. While the bacon is cooking mix the punch, honey, vinegar, splenda, and cayenne. Use a fork and punch many holes in the pork chops and let them sit in the mixture until the bacon is done. Line the bottom of the dish for the pork chops with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. Wrap 4 slices of bacon around each pork chop and place on top of butter substitute. Poor the left over punch over the chops and sprinkle with salt. Place in the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes.

This was a very tender and juicy meal! We made brown rice as the side and it went well together. Comment and let me know how you like it. :):)
